Sarah saw a form pass by, and glanced over. =What's that dork doing here? She can't be on a date or anything...=
Neither of them noticed a mist flowing into the restroom at their feet...slowly filling the space around them. It began to flow upward, slowly filling the space in front of the sink, trapping the two teens like flies in amber. And unlike last time, it would not be interrupted, and could finish its work. It was unstoppable, but it could still be...diverted.
Sarah finished washing her hands and looked up into the mirror and froze. Her face... It was still her face, but not made up, and her hair was shorter, only going to her neck, framing a pair of glasses. They weren't thick or anything...but... She was so busy staring at her face that she didn't notice anything else. "What in the world?" She exclaimed. Her voice sounded different, softer.
"If I had a face like yours, I'd say that every day." Another voice said. "But you really should be used to it by now." The voice sounded rather confident, and a little bit arrogant.
She whirled around, and gaped. "Wha...who?"
The girl standing there was a bit taller than her, with long blonde hair, wearing a low cut top that showed off her figure, and a skirt. The sort of girl Sarah usually hung out with...well, maybe a bit less trashy. Sarah couldn't stop staring. "Is there something wrong with you?" The girl asked, shaking her head. She walked past Sarah to the paper towels and dried her hands, then, shaking her head, headed to the door. "Weirdo."
She exited, leaving a confused Sarah alone.
