Morgan kept on focusing on what the fairy was telling her.
Two... Two...
She could feel her heart beat sound echo in her ears, as she could feel... something. She wasn't quite sure what it was, but she could feel her feet walk as if to the drum beat of war. Was this really her nature? The calling of a soldier to a battle. Drums... Drums... or was it a bell? The bell calling one to attention, for reflection and prayer. The two aspects, one and the same within her.
She could feel herself already moving, walking, onwards... her shoes had changed to become a healed boot. Still further, her simple black dress rose just a little higher, past her knees as she felt the rising wind.
Beat... Beat...
Her heart was racing. This was almost like raw energy, as her earnings hummed in her ears with raw power. The rest of her clothes started to change, her dress became white to offset the black. Her clothes had become a mix of white and black, as did her pleated skirt. The two extremes between existence and nothingness. Everything existed in pairs to her. The nature of duality that had always existed inside her mind. Of right and wrong... and oh how she wanted, to be right.
Suddenly, she unleashed an incredible surge of magic, that pushed itself out from her in a wave. It had pushed the leaves from a few trees nearby.
The fairy looked in some awe, as the magic girl took on her form. "Very impressive..."
Morgan looked at her companion, feeling herself light on her feet. "Strange... fashion choice," She mused.
"I don't control that," Princess vertex said with a shrug.
"What was that odd pulse of magic I just did when I transformed?"
"Oh- just a little wild magic. It happens the first time you use it."
"Not dangerous is it?"
"It might have a few minor effects to the town. Nothing serious," Said vertex confidently. "But now you need to call your weapon you can do so by-"
"Like this?" Magic girl four looked at the item in her hand. It looked like a divining rod? very curious indeed...
"Y-yeah that's right. You're a fast learner."
Morgan gave just a little smile at the complement. She wasn't sure quite how she did this but, she did seem to have a natural talent for it. It was almost as if she knew magic before. From a long time ago.
Lilly looked at her reflection in the mirror of the bathroom. She wasn't sure but she had been feeling a little odd all day. She was glad that her father loved her still... she knew he did of course- but the child did not wish to disappoint him. She hated being so young again.
She had stripped off her clothes staring at the naked squirrel girl in the mirror, and the twin fur of red-ish tail behind her. "I h'te you," She said angrily. "You're jus' a kid an' a girl an'... an..." the squirrel girl in the mirror looked hurt by that, as Lilly looked down. "Well- maybe I don't h'ate you that much. I jus' don't know you."
She looked so small and weak. The fur she had was also all itchy. she started to scratch at it, wondering if she should cut the fur off- even if it did have a luxurious sheen to it. Her hands brushed... something. Something on her chest. A bit anxiously she touched it- the nipple responding just a bit. The squirrel girl jumped in near panic away from the mirror.
"N-No.. no..." she whispered. It couldn't be! It just... it couldn't be happening. The girl in near panic, touched her other nipple, feeling the same. What about- her extra ones? Very apprehensively and wish a shaking paw, she touched across her lower nipples under her fur, feeling the same sized hardness to them. They were the same- all four had changed about the same.
Completely overwhelmed and feeling a little ill, she shivered. She ran water quickly across her face, and brushed her hair to just try and pretend nothing was wrong.
"Sis hurry up in there I gotta go!" called her dinosaur big brother.
"I-In a second!" She called back.
"Hurry up!"
Lilly brushed her hair and quickly and put on her clothes. She ran out of the bathroom, not letting anyone look at her as her brother ran in- making the floor rumble as he did.
The growing squirrel-girl felt just so sick inside. Her body was changing again- and she didn't like it. Maybe if she went to sleep it would go away...
