Andy ate with her family at the fancy restaurant. Everything was for lack of a better word, perfect. The food was good, and while in the past she might have hated the thought of paying for such a meal... being able to indulge and pay for it was a feeling she had long forgotten.
Her thoughts went back to that strange multi-armed girl. That was so strange. Why was she so... happy? It didn't matter though. The rabbit girl was herself very happy. It didn't seem possible to be but... she was. She had her family, and everything was right in the world again. Even if they had changed roles it didn't change what they had.
Alex shifted a bit uncomfortably on the chair. She was a little worried about the eggs growing inside her but... she reasoned that there was nothing she could actually do about it right now. Whatever happened was... going to happen. She just hoped it wouldn't hurt.
Haru stared once more into the mirror, at the girl she was slowly 'becoming'.
"Just look at her," she said repeating herself. "It's your body!" It was like a mantra to her every time she passed the mirror in her room. Yet she still felt 'guilty' looking at her. The oriental girl stared back at her, with confusion. The small beasts felt heavy to her, even now. Her flared out hips, just large enough to... entice ones imagination.
"Where are my keys," she heard her mother call from the kitchen. It sounded like she was getting ready for her night job but was franticly searching for them.
"Under the sofa," called Haru from her room- before she even knew she did. The words just came out unbidden from her lips.
"Thank you honey!" called her mother grateful. She heard the door close and Haru was on her own again. At least she was in a body able to take care of herself- and at least she wasn't getting any more headaches.
She was thinking about the questions Jon asked, and her own abilities. This 'Truth' perception. She wasn't sure quite how it worked, or even how reliable it was. But she was forced to admit it was a part of her...
but she didn't 'like' it. One would think having such a power would be a source of pride. But most of what she saw never made any sense. Jon seemed.. unimpressed- not that she was trying to impress the slug girl. She guessed she wasn't good enough for some... purpose in Jon's mind? Was she just to be some 'tool' to other people? Maybe she should keep this ability a secret. She didn't want to be that!
She sat down on a chair and started to braid her hair a little. The dark silken locks were easy to shape. The third eye she possessed on her forehead was just... so unsettling. One would think this was a really minor change. After all, she was still humanish. compared to what everyone else dealt with, it was fairly minor...
wasn't it?
Her phone rang.. it was Ken. her heart leapt a bit. "H-Hello?"
"Hi Haru, How are you?" The fox boy spoke with a smile on his lips.
"I'm doing okay... just relaxing," said the three eyed girl. "I might cook something later on." Though Haru had to admit she wasn't quite sure how to cook more then microwaved meals. Her parents had always taken care of her, but with the new time shift she was forced to do a lot of the chores now. It wasn't that she was lazy before she just... relied on her parents a lot. She felt a little guilty now thinking about it.
"That's cool. Have you seen how many hits we got on that video?" He grinned again. "We're up to thirty thousand hits!"
Haru gasped a bit at that. "R-Really?"
"Yep. We really should put up some more. Keep practising." He hesitated slightly before continuing. "I was wondering.. you want to.. hang out again afterwards? After school? We could just go get something to eat together..."
Haru could feel a blush on her cheeks already "Y-yeah. That sounds like fun. Sure," She said a little more bashfully then she would have wanted.
This... wasn't a bad thing was it? Strangely enough, she then thought of Jon and that strange Drow the slug-girl was with. She hoped...
... she wasn't sure quite what it was she hoped.
Mark laid back on her bed naked, panting. The angel girl had a slight coo on her lips as she stared up at the ceiling, bathed in the after glow of such an intense... unimaginable force. That felt- that was just-
She wasn't sure quite how to even finish that sentence. She wasn't even sure which one of her 'sisters' had started it. Whether it was the one that kept on touching her breasts, or the one that was always feeling her legs, or even the one that shared a kiss-
But it didn't really matter as they were all doing something to themselves at this time. The shared sensations of six pairs of hands, teasing her was just too much to bare. Exploring their body was something they all wanted to do, and that urging was going to give in at some point...
she wasn't sure she could face her sisters given what they had just done. Yet- that feeling of guilt was shared by all of them. Why was this so confusing? Mark should be feeling angry, but it just wasn't there. They were so close to each other, that she couldn't get mad at them because she understood all of them.
She didn't really want to share her body like this though!
Her wings twitched a bit, and her halo brightened at the intensity of the emotions. She still had homework to do, but there was just no way it was going to get done. She could already feel a building desire for some 'further' exploration now that this barrier had been removed- no not just removed. torn down and obliterated.
Things would never be the same again...
Morgana noted the child sleeping. She carefully looked her over, pursing her lips. This was just annoying. Centuries of planning, for the time when magic would once more arrive to rekindle civilisation and this is all there is? A teenage girl too witless to even understand the dire position she had placed herself and all of humanity in.
The body was quite young, but it would do. Obviously all that hair had to go, and it would take time to mature correctly... the witch gave a little sigh. Was this no better then vampirism? Yet what choice did she have! Humanity needed a guide in the new age and she was the most qualified.
She glanced upwards at the moon warily. "Sleep... go back to sleep... it's too soon," She almost pleaded it. Her own power was in its infancy, she could not fight the representation of that force. Even at the height of her power, Selena always somehow got the better of her. But even she was lulled into the Great Sleep cast by her power.
All gods were sleeping. Thanks to her. If Merlin had not restricted magic, humans would be gods by now! Instead they were forced to work with the 'lesser' arts. Wrapping steel and wire together into a function of primitive mechanics. No better then an animal trying to piece together a home from the detritus of its surroundings. Humanity could be so much more then that!
How dare Merlin... how dare he...
Time was marching forward, she could sense it. This girl belonged to the new age, and natural forces would ensure she is taken.
Kimi woke up, feeling a strange sense of peace. She knew she was still bounded, but... the fairy life inside her, the life of Kiki was still in her mind. It was almost as if they were both awake? But how could that be? Each dreaming the other in a strange waking state. It brought a calmness she never thought possible, stilling the fearful teenage body with an adult's mindset.
Morgana noted the child's unusual demeanour, as their eyes locked. Something was different, though she didn't know what. "I see you are awake," the witch said. She then started to use a piece of oak to draw a circle around her. Intricate lines were drawn, with Kimi at the center, still fastened by the vines. "You don't have to do this," Said Kimi quietly.
"It's not as if I have a choice fey-child," said Morgana glumly. "You are proof that magic is returning to the world. If that happens without my presence, the gods will waken once more. Humanity will be beheld to their whims and desires- their stipulations. Nothing can be achieved without their approval...." She glanced up at the moon darkly. "I made humanity sweety..."
Kimi swallowed not really understanding the witch. "You mean when you made a wish?"
Morgana shrugged and proceeded to draw another intricate line where Kimi was suspended. "It would take too long to explain everything to you. I don't really want to hurt you. But if I don't enter the new age, humanity is enslaved. I can't allow that..."
Kimi bit her lip. She wasn't sure she believed any of this. "But you said you were gonna be a god?"
"Yes. To keep other would be gods out. someone has to be in charge. Who would you pick? I at least know how to deal with them. I've done so before..."
"I- I don't want to go anywhere," Said Kimi. "I was supposed to go-" Where was she supposed to go? Where could she go? She was just a girl now. A pointed eared girl. A freak... if anyone saw her...
"Your body does not belong to that world any more," said Morgana. "Neither does mine..." She said as she glanced about her grove. "This place, is the last of the old age. before Iron and Steel... It sustains me and my power. I was asleep for a very long time, and I was supposed to awaken in a land rich with vital power. Instead, I wake with you... destined to travel into that world. I can not survive here long. I have no choice..."
Kimi bit her lip. "L-Look. You seem really smart about this... stuff. There must be some other way! Please... don't do this. I- I have a family. I don't want to lose that." She said thinking Farin. She did love him, didn't she? It was hard not to. They had spent so many months together. Even now, she could still feel his hand holding her.
"The runes are complete... All I need now, is your blood to touch this Earth," she said getting closer to her.
Kimi gasped expecting the witch to use a knife. Instead, she simply placed a hand onto her head, and whispered some words. She felt... odd. "W-What did you just do?"
"I forced your menstruation cycle to begin," She said with a half smile. "The most vital of blood is needed for new life... that from your womb, should be sufficient."
