"My name?" The cat-centaur blinked.
"Yeah.. what do I call you?" Hiro hoped she was okay. He ran a few integrity tests, and the digital fairy certainly appeared functional now... but how it had come to be was still a mystery. As egotistical as he could be with his own skills, he had no illusion that he could 'create' life... or even ignite the spark of life that was lost, when one became a daemon.
So... how had he done it?
The cat-taur blinked a few times more, as she stood up. She had an awkwardness about her step as if she wasn't used to using her lower body at all. "I- I-" She couldn't remember. She then blinked as various conflicting memories started to appear. She didn't have a sister named Hitomi! Yet.. there was a vague feeling of 'knowing' her without actually knowing her.
"W-What have you done to me! You took my memories away!" She said upset. "You.. you put things in my head!" She was capable of recognising the memories didn't belong to her... but they were there.
"N-No!" Hiro said alarmed. He had heard something on the internet like that.. but dear God! He didn't want to be associated with that kind of AI. "I Swear- I didn't take them. Please- I just wanted to help you."
The cat-taur continued to look bewildered.
"You had to be repaired. You were... broken." Hiro said that with a softness he didn't know he had. How can one say that to another for lack of a better word, human being? Yet the price of fixing her mind, the cat-taur had taken on some of Hiro's memories. Hiro wasn't sure of the depth of those memories, though he suspected they wouldn't be greatly detailed given they came from his subconscious... but it was still a private personal part of him.
Hiro sighed. "I.. I don't even know how I got you to work again. Can you remember what you tried to do?"
The cat-taur scratched her head. "I- I was just trying to make some clothes...."
Hiro looked aghast. "That's... it? You were trying to make clothes?!" Hiro wasn't sure what he felt. But right now, this digital fairy was his responsibility...
The cat-taur sniffled a bit, collapsing onto Hiro's palm. "Y-yes..." She wasn't sure why she felt so ashamed, so ridiculed... she had the barest, flimsiest amount of clothing that did little to hide anything. It could be related to the fact that she wasn't a 'human' type digital fairy... but that of a tigress.
Hiro wasn't good with girls. This one was also quite upset at the moment. If this was someone in the real world she might just run away from him.. but this one really was trapped, with nowhere else to go. The cyborg had absolute power over her...
He blinked at that trail of thought. While true... (to a point) it was that abuse of power that got him into such dire situations in the past. He had to redeem himself somehow and take care of this girl. But she needed a name... "What if I gave you a name for now?" He asked.
"You would... do that?" Asked the cat-taur. She seemed hopeful at that idea.
"Sure... I'll call you Riko," he smiled sincerely. He liked that name. For some reason it felt fitting.
"Well.. okay. I guess until I... remember." She sighed softly sitting up her tiger lower body. The breasts underneath jiggled slightly, making her wince.
Hiro gave a little smile. "I'll try and get word to Shi.. maybe she can tell you more about yourself."
