Steve wasn't sure what to say as she looked to her mother.

Her mother had taken on a far more plant like form, then Steve... she wondered why would that be the case? Did she influence the change by being with her? Or was it because of their own genetics? Could it mean that her father would therefore take a slightly more human one, so that she would look a mesh between them?

From what she knew of transformed people, while there was family resemblance usually, it did not always yield a similar form. Although it has been known to happen in some circumstances... why would it happen now?

She had to smile though at how beautiful her mother looked. She had grace and elegance in that form. She wasn't sure if she would have thought so before her own transformation, but the leaf cloak and the general 'regal' appearance made her seem almost stately to her. If she was a queen though... what was she?

"Go on dear," Her mother encouraged gesturing to her clothes. "I wont mind."

Steve was only just working feminine modesty into her own system. She was really more trying to avoid anyone discovering her secret. This was mostly a private area to their house, she was actually thankful of the ivy moss covering up the wall blocking out view of their neighbours. She gingerly took off her top, a little apprehensively looking at the strange flowers on attached to her. There was nothing human to have these... weird things growing where skin and flesh should be.

She gasped a little, as she felt... a tingling sensation. The flowers responded to the fresh air, and strong sunlight and it gave her goosebumps on her skin.

She wasn't sure how long it was before she was lying back on the ground, just... enjoying the sunlight as it tickled and caressed her body. It felt... really good. The sun on her bare chest, exposing those flower petals.. as well as the flower on the top of her head. It all felt wonderful. She felt the main petals of her dress respond to the sun as well as the flower crowning her head. She didn't feel any change in her body as yet... but she did feel re-vitalised. As if she was regenerating and mending herself. The wound on her petal had completely healed.

"I knew you would like it dear," her mother said with a smile.

Together the two enjoyed the sunlight.

David looked to the parents, a little amazed that they didn't mind the lack of clothes on their daughter. Especially given there was someone other then their own family here with them. She didn't want to impose...

"Nice to meet you... David?" Asked Rachel's mother. Is that why Rachel asked if her uncle had changed gender? She had not actually heard of it happening that often... she really hoped it didn't happen to her or her husband. That would be... awkward at best. Still if this girl used to be a boy...should she be concerned for her daughter?

"Hello," David reached out and with a gentleness and shook her hand.

The angel girl was... shy, Rachel's mother thought. Beautiful, but she seemed far away and distracted. She had the mark of an angel, with her constant Halo... floating atop her head, giving a gentle glow. Was that the result of her transformation? She wondered if the angel-girl could hear the voice of God Himself... but that was silly. As silly as their daughter hearing Satan's voice.

She sighed as her thoughts drifted to her daughter in concern. The contrast of what she was, a symbol of evil, was all the more glaring when paired with this person... a symbol of absolute virtue. She couldn't really understand why her daughter was in that shape, despite her father insisting it was probably just a learning experience. Rachel's mother was raised in some religious practices, and held a belief in God... but now she did question it. Rachel was still her daughter and she loved her... if God thought otherwise of her beautiful daughter, He could damn her as well.

Did this David do something incredibly selfless, to become an angel? Exactly what was her interest in Rachel?

"Would you like anything to eat?" Asked the father. "I can whip up some egg and bacon."

David thought about it. "Um... sure. I am kinda hungry," she said. She hoped the food would agree with her sisters...

Ken arrived at the Gym.. but was surprised to see it looked closed. He entered the automatic doors, glancing around.

"Um... what's going on?" He asked the reception there.

The receptionist looked like a turtle mixed person. He spoke rather slowly. "Well... Some transformed... person... didn't know their own ... strength."

Ken groaned. He was really worried about this. With everyone displaying different kinds of strength (or even less strength) there was a problem with how the machines are made. They were intended with human form in mind. While a lot of people were humanoid, some people literally didn't know their own strength, or attempted to bend their forms in ways that were difficult, or even dangerous.

"So it's closed?" Asked Ken.

"Not... all of it. We will... assess you... and decide which... machines... you can still... use. Be aware... you can be banned... if you use equipment... inappropriately..."

Ken looked hopeful at that. He had not changed that much from the base human form... his tail might get in the way of some machines, but he was sure he could work with it. "Okay... sure."

Jon glanced around glad to feel better. He was with Tim and Karyn.

"I like how Saturdays now have less cars... did you notice?" Asked Tim.

Jon glanced to the street... It was a little more quiet. She wondered why? Then she noticed a lot of people walking.. or crawling... or using whatever other locomotion they had.

"See? Not everyone can drive any more." Tim pointed out.

"It was difficult," Admitted Jon thinking back to her own experience.

Tim looked down at Jon's slug body, then at her face in surprise. "Y-You drove?! How in the world did you do that!"

"Automatic car," explained Jon. "My food can still manipulate the pedals. Though it's really hard."

Tim looked very concerned. "That's probably not very safe you know. You could have had a serious accident." The drow shook his head.

Karyn looked a bit more sympathetic. "I'm sure Jon knew what she was doing," she said defending her. "She's done it a few times before already."

"Yeah well, just be careful," Said Tim. "I wouldn't want anything happening to you," he grinned.

Jon wasn't sure quite how to take that. Would that be a normal thing for a guy to say to her? Or was his concern also a result of being female? She shook her head. The concern was probably warranted, but she was fine with driving. "Thanks Tim... really it's fine. Can I ask you something... a little personal though?"

"Oh sure," He smiled.

"Do you.. um... like being a Drow?"

Tim thought about it. "I'll be honest with you, Drow were never my favourite characters. I never played them."

"Why not?" Asked Karyn. She didn't really understand this whole dungeons and dragons... or what was that other game Jon called it? She couldn't remember... but she did know Drow were considered strong.

Tim shrugged. "Cause they are all the same... and people played them usually just to cheat in my opinion."

"What kind of characters did you play?" Jon asked curiously. She didn't really play the game either... but she was interested to know more about her new friend.

Tim gave it a thought. "Actually, I went through a wide range of characters. I played a human.. got bored of him, then I used to start playing elves- oh I had a brilliant orc character..." he grinned a bit. "But I never played a drow. I just couldn't find anything I related to in them."

Jon nodded. The drow- from what he knew vaguely were supposedly incredibly savage, dangerous, shadow creatures. Part of their nature was to be as far removed from humanity as possible. But Tim was a nice guy... she was glad he didn't gain that nature. It would make her feel a terrible guilt, that she would be the one responsible for turning him into a monster... but Tim seemed happy enough with his form. Then again, there was certainly more then one kind of Drow imagined by humans... the goblin of the dark, to the noble warrior...
