Aneneza tossed and turned as she slept.

She didn't realise just how big the couch was... well, she had become incredibly petite. She half wondered how her size compared to Jay? That fox-girl was a midget in her eyes before, but at one point it looked like that beast was looking down at her. She wasn't sure why that image, of a crazy fox woman staring at her sent shivers into her spine. Damn that bitch... Damn them all!

She saw them in her mind... images of Jay, Toby, his wife...laughing. They acted like she deserved this... it was all their fault though! They drove her to this. If they just hadn't try to blackmail her first!

Anneza felt humiliated, exposed, even... dehumanised if that could possibly be the right word. She was vaguely aware that, had she been called guilty she would be in prison now, serving her sentence. Likely still human as well.

This was the price of clearing her name?

She didn't think it was karma. After all, she didn't do anything wrong. That was proven in a court! It was just... stupidity. A moment lapse of judgement. Everyone was working on a cure... someone had to have a few ideas. Maybe she if she went to a doctor they could help her?

She tried to stop the thoughts... but that was just impossible.

Reluctantly she woke up again. She gasped as she saw she was turned at a really weird angle, her head about thirty degrees to the ground, with her feet pointed upwards towards the ceiling. Her dress was slightly inverted... this was so... humiliating!

She immediately turned herself to a more upright position, her feet now about a foot off the ground. She tried to put herself closer to the ground, but the best she could make was appearing to stand on tip toes, and even then there was at least an inch of space below her. The mysterious force she employed to move around was now recovered after her initial use of normal clothes.

She drifted to her window, and opened the curtains. There wasn't much point keeping them closed now, the sun couldn't really hurt her any more. Actually... could anyone do anything worse to her?

She was aware of a black dust scattered about the furniture, and the carpet... she pulled a strand of her hair, seeing its brilliant metallic green sheen. Looking to a mirror, she saw that the dye had completely fallen out. There was a few small dusty parts but the gentlest breeze was already blowing it away. She shook her head, and more particles of dye flew away.

Green hair... small body... a freaking woman's body! tiny and weak... A freak...

What was she!

So she was stuck with the dress... for now. It was better then being naked, and at the moment it was the only thing she could wear if she wanted to get anywhere.

The phone rang again... she let it go to her answering phone. She recognised the voice. It was Mr Varris, the man she was trying to contact before. They had a business meeting scheduled for after his trial. it was about a contract for using technical equipment, satellites and such, to expand their own network station...

The message left didn't mean anything to her. The tone however, seemed displeased.

She had to see a doctor. She went into her bedroom, and took out a pair of socks and shoes. She frowned looking at the gaping huge holes of those shoes and down to her elegant legs and petite feet... there was no way she could wear them. She quickly put on the socks at least, finding them loose... as soon as she did, she fell into the floor hard. Her feet were like lead weights. If anything this was worse then with her shirt and pants. She could barely lift a muscle. She quickly pulled away the heavy socks... panting.

"Eshiza!" She shouted. She would have to go like this... Well, its not as as if she actually needed to wear shoes. She just floated around..

All right.. well.. one last thing. She took out a hat she had never worn... she wasn't even sure why she had it. Perhaps she could at least hide her antenna... She braced herself in case she would fall as soon as she put it on...

success! She didn't fall on the ground, and she was hiding her antenna... She tried to float forward- when she suddenly barrel rolled uncontrollably. She tried to steady herself, but her movements were erratic and random. She took off the hat, and her equilibrium was restored. She sighed... clearly the antenna served some kind of purpose to her flying. If they were covered up, her equilibrium was gone.

There was nothing for it... she had to go as she was.

She opened the door to her house, realising she still didn't have her car. It was still at the court house. She would have to take the bus...

A few of the transformed looked at her, some even took a few steps back. Anneza looked at these sub humans with disdain. She went to go to the doctors.

Sally stepped onto the bus... Where was her brother? Where was Alex? She asked around the bus with students she thought might be in the same class as him. They said he was in the school and they lost track of him after that.

"But sunrise is in any moment!" She said glancing at the horizon. It was already glowing for the new dawn.

She had to decide quickly. She could either go home, or go back to the school and track down her brother. She knew that whatever he was doing, she was not going to let him have all the fun!

She signalled the bus to stop. On getting off, she walked back to the school...

twenty minutes of walking she arrived. She had never seen thy sky lit so brightly. Sunrise could only be minutes away! Whatever happened now, she was stuck inside the school. But where could she hide!

She walked towards her brother's classroom. She marvelled at the sight.. it was a lot larger then her own. She tried to go inside what looked like a stock room but it was locked. "Damn it!" she whispered. The sun could only be a few more moments away...

"I'm gonna find you bro," She whispered looking for another place to hide.

Britanny looked with surprise at seeing Sally. The girl was looking for her brother... hm... She carefully employed her will, and turned the key on the inside of the stock room, unlocking it for her. Then gently opened the door...

Sally looked in shock as the stockroom door opened. Maybe it wasn't locked after all? Yes! She had a place to hide! She quickly ran inside, as the glimmering sunrise started. She closed the door, locking it from the inside. That was incredibly lucky. She found what had to be the best hiding place possible!

Brittany watched with some amusement, breathing a sigh of relief that she was not changed. She hoped she could keep these two out of trouble...

Jenny was wearing a new school uniform. A plaided black dress, with a blue cardigan top. The badge of the school was stitched onto the top left. The private school she was sent to had a special relationship with the police, for people like Jenny. She was a bit worried on who she would meet there...

"M-Muriel?" She whispered.

"Yes dear?"

"I-I'm- scared-" She said in the end.

"Oh don't be, you look very cute. This school is very prestigious. That's why there were so many spaces... you will be well taken care of here, while I go to work. I will pick you up each evening."

The school was only too happy to take a lost child. The uniform policy they had was strict, even among the transformed students. Although there were some allowances if you could not wear it, you had to at least wear the colour or the badge of this school. It was considered part of the prestige to be inside it. The teachers said it introduced discipline at an early age, and was part of their success. It was not something they were willing to change as yet.. not in this school anyway.

Reluctantly Jenny took her pens and papers, and walked to the academy.

Aneneza 'glided' herself into the doctors reception.

"How may we help you?" The receptionist asked. She was a changed... some kind of ostrich?

Yikes... Aneneza thought. That was quite a neck. She was aware of the girl looking at her antenna almost amusedly. "Andes sheires cahalin" she said.

"pardon?" the receptionist asked.

The space girl looked frustrated, and bit her lip. she covered her mouth looking pleadingly to the receptionist. She needed to see a doctor!

"Can you speak English?" the ostrich girl asked.

Aneneza looked uncomprehendingly.. what was she asking? maybe she was asking what was wrong with her. Wasn't it obvious? She couldn't speak a word of her previous language! She tried to babble a few words to the stunned receptionist lady. In the end waving her arms franticly.

"Miss I need you to calm down or we will call the police," she said. She didn't want to deal with nut cases...

There was something in the tone of that voice that made Aneneza stop. She looked so lost... She took out a drivers licence showing the face of her old body and then pointed to herself.

The receptionist struggled to understand what she was trying to say...
