"What's so funny?" asked David in the end. Adora was looking at her in that... weird way.

"You are, of course" Smiled Adora.

"Aren't you even afraid my light might hurt you?" It hurt Tiffany... and Adora was clearly some kind of devil like thing.

Adora shrugged. "No."

"What, just no?" David pressed.

"No," repeated Adora with a grin. "Are you afraid I will hurt you?"

David thought about that... "Well you did pluck a feather from me," the Angel girl reminded.

"Oh, but that was to make a point honey," She winked. "It didn't hurt that much did it? If you want, you can bite my tail to make us even," the devil girl slithered her tail before the angel. Its spaded end curled and twitched around, like a snake before her eyes.

David backed away slightly. "N-No that won't be necessary," she blushed.

"Aww..." Adora smiled broader. "You're just too cute," She giggled.

"I'm worried about Tiffany. I.. don't to fight her," she explained. She didn't know why she was saying this to Adora, but the devil girl seemed to be her only friend on the girl side at the moment besides Jon- and Jon was in the same boat as she is. Though far more willing to stand up for herself.

"Why not?" asked Adora

"If I do, I'll-" No.. she couldn't explain the nature of their connection. Adora might go after her other 'sisters' just to tease David. Or maybe not but... she didn't want to take that risk. "I- just don't want to get into fights," she explained.

"Well sweetie, there's three things you can do. You either fight, run, or think your way out of it." she smiled. "You seem smart to me."

David wished she was. The girls had so many different social rules now. She would have to think of something though if Tiffany went after her again.

Tiffany sat on her desk, as the teacher hovered over her.

"Now that you have calmed down ... explain your actions."

Tiffany grimaced. "I don't know okay!" Just who the hell was this teacher trying to play psychology? Why was she... so afraid of her? She didn't feel this kind of fear with the principle. As creepy as he was, he didn't elicit this kind of reaction. This teacher was... dangerous. It was like she drained all the fury she felt. She felt exposed... and she didn't like it.

The teacher placed a piece of paper on the desk. "A list of approved activities. Your assignment is to do one of them, and write about it. I will expect it next week."

Tiffany raised her eyes. She didn't want to be forced into anything. She liked doing what she did. "I'm happy with-" Tiffany gulled as the teacher stared.

She reluctantly looked at the list.

"Where are we now?" Asked Effie. The two had been flying across the internet at a considerable speed. The young digital fairy thought it was exhilarating. To see a new world like this, running parallel to the real world...

.. and yet she missed the real world. She was surprised, this should be a dream come true to anyone that spent as much on computers as she used to. She also wondered why the sun changed not just her existence but also her gender. Was it all random or was there a specific purpose to it? It made no sense...

"I think I see someone," Said Dennis. It was another digital fairy! "Fly down!"

The two quickly came down onto the the 'ground'. The new fairy looked to be unconscious. She was a young one, probably no more then eight years old.

Dennis checked her breathing, and seemed satisfied that she was at the last alive.

"W-what's wrong with her?" Asked Effie worried. How did she even get here? Was she lost?

"I don't know," Said Dennis. They didn't know enough about how they even worked to consider how one of them would get sick. They must have some kind of 'immune system' or restoration code but how did it translate from the real world to the digital world?

"Maybe she just has no run time?" Effie said trying to help.

"Her run time is fine, she's running on the public parallel system." But why wasn't she conscious?

They fairy started to cough. "S-stay back. D-don't get closer.. I- I'm... infected."

Dennis and Effie took a step back as they saw the fiary start to 'glitch' up. She coughed a little, but kept her eyes closed, lacking the ability to even walk on her own. How long was she even here?

"What are you infected with?" asked Dennis.

The digital fairy coughed again. "... Nova.. virus.."

Effie felt her blood turn cold.
