Jay considered Lisa's question carefully.

"I suppose I could be clever and just say I'm an expressionist," the fox girl winked with a faint smile.

"Oh no, your not getting out of it that easily. So what is it? Are you a man in there, or a woman?" Lisa smiled at the rather bold question to ask her friend.

"I'm just me, Lisa... really. It's not easy to explain it," she said in the end.

"Don't you care though that your no longer a male? Or even a human?" Lisa wondered if Jay was in some delayed state of denial despite his insistence nothing was wrong with her.

"Do you mind not being human?" Ask Jay curiously about her throwing the question back.

"Well- I am still female as far as I can tell... even if I'm part doe now," she shrugged. "I don't think I mind it... but I've only been this way a few hours."

"I like who I am," Jay said. "Perhaps... there is something I can tell you, that will give you some insight into it..." Jay looked a little hesitant.

Lisa looked curiously.

"There was a time I had to do a war correspondence..." the fox woman explained. "I can't tell you how scared I was there."

"I remember... you did a really good job." A lot of people were worried about Jay. It was those events that cemented him- now her into being the spokesperson of their news team... it was what put them ahead of the game.

Jay rarely spoke about his personal experiences there though.

The short fox woman looked, with those wide expressive eyes, her three tails twitching. "I saw... young soldiers... Explosions... I saw these people younger then me with arms torn off... legs mangled. You would look at these poor souls, and not even think them human..." She shuddered swallowing. Such images were deemed too horrific to show on the news. It was a censoring she feared might be used to glamorise war. "I saw one person die, right there in front of me... Not because of a bullet, but an accident... just a stupid accident."

Lisa listened intently.

"Anyway... at the start I was afraid of getting hurt myself. Or dying even... but after that I learned, anything can happen to us. Even if we avoid fights, time itself will reach us... I think it was at that moment I realised I was doing a job I loved a great deal... a job that let me express an opinion now and then on the things I see. I can still do my job."

Jay looked at Lisa strongly. "We can only be true to ourselves, in such times as these... the body I have lets me continue to be true to my thoughts... to still be the eyes of people, and my own voice... what more can I ask for?"

Lisa had to pause as she took Jay's story. She never knew there was such a depth to her. It was a side she rarely showed.

Class was dismissed and the students got ready for their next.

David felt unease at the staring after that change, but was glad it was over.

Suddenly she was pushed against the wall. Tiffany had grabbed her robe, and with incredible strength had lifted her up. The girl never had such physical strength before, and it looked like she was using David as a demonstration. But then, you did not need much physical strength to lift one of them..

"Well... 'angel'... you think that was funny? I'm going to-"

David then fell down, as something pulled Tiffany away.

Tiffany was in a bear hug as she looked across the red arm recognising it. It was that devil girl.

"Hello Tiffany, honey..." The Devil girl spoke sweetly into her ear, even as Tiffany struggled. "If you don't mind, could you leave my... little pet there alone?" she continued to speak very sensually even as she held her tightly.

"Let go..." Tiffany growled. Shadows started to flicker around the two of them.

Adora noticed the shadows and tried to stay holding on, but some force was pushing her away. The devil girl was feeling cold across her body, but still she refused to let go. "Let's talk about this-" she started but was suddenly flung several meters away and fell limp onto the ground not even knowing what hit her. Was it a punch? It was hard to tell...

David gasped as Tiffany leaned close to her.

"Never do that in front of me again..." Satisfied her point made, Tiffany walked away.

David was relieved to see her go, then looked to Adora. The devil girl was starting to move, turning to her side. That was quite a bad fall, but she was awake.

"Oh.. My head!" Adora giggled. "That was ... kinda interesting."

"You- you saved me!" David said with surprised.

"Aw, your cute when you stammer," She giggled as she tried to rise up, her spaded tail swishing. "Can't have her interfering with my favourite toy, now can I?"

David could sense confusion from her sisters too and surprisingly concern. Not the same self concern they all had recently, but at least one of them out there was concerned about her. She tried to send out that she was relieved and okay, and hoped they would get the message. Its not as if they could communicate much more then emotion.

"Hm, actually I'm feeling a lot better now," the devil girl smiled. "Lets go to our next class shall we?"

"Um.. sure."

Haru was still feeling sick... real girl or not, she was definitely in pain at the moment. Still it wasn't quite as bad as she expect- She groaned again. Actually yes... it was a little bad. She thought she had at least another two weeks before having to deal with it. She wasn't prepared... Still she vowed it was not going to interfere with her day.

If only she wasn't seeing stars in her vision all the time though.

She blinked a little, maybe it was because tri-binocular vision was something she was not used to. Things just seemed a little... different. She wasn't sure how. She saw one of the angel girls walking with a devil... and was surprised to see a curious aura around them. The angels aura had five chords extending away from her... She had to blink a little for it to fade away... she hoped she wasn't seeing things.

She then saw something incredibly scary. It was a darkness that made her shiver, all centred around this girl... Haru was rooted to the spot, unable to do anything as Tiffany walked past her... a walking cloud, with dark lightning. Such was the fear in her, she had to step inside an empty class room.

Or at least, she thought it was empty... the teacher was still in there.

She turned and saw... her jaw dropped. The teacher was glowing, her eyes probed beneath, to eyes that had their own inner light. The most curious aspect though was that the teacher had a horn on her head... a singular horn.... She had no words to describe the being underneath the illusion. She was so awed that she approached slowly still staring. More of the illusion started to fall as she approached... an equine body... softest white coat...

The teacher smiled seeing Haru. "I think you are in the wrong class miss," she pointed out.

Haru continued to stare, but blinked and shook her head as if the trance wore off. "I- um. sorry"

"Quite all right dear, hurry along." The teacher smiled.
