"I guess I could try it." Biff said more to himself as Sarah had turned up the radio and Biff was sure that she couldn't hear him.
"Sarah...can we talk?" Biff asked. She didn't hear him over the music. He moved to turn the volume down a bit and repeated his question.
"Sure...what about?" Sarah said.
"Well, you insisted on picking me up, and paid for the movie..." Biff said.
"What's wrong with that?" Sarah asked. "I like doing things for you. You're my man. It's not like my parents can't afford it."
Biff paused at that. It was true that Sarah's family had more money than his. "It's just...I was happy with us...and now you're acting differently, and it's making me uncomfortable."
Sarah looked away and rolled her eyes. "Do we really have to talk about this now?" She asked. "I mean...you're having a good time, aren't you?"
With Sarah being more aggressive, he seemed to be drifting in the other direction. Biff didn't really notice that. He wasn't stupid, but he was rather shallow in his thinking. "I was just thinking..."
"You're thinking too much...let's just have some fun, okay?"
