I've tried not to be 'exclusive' on them. They are not 'mine'. Just happens I focused on them as I liked them. Lilly came about as I felt it was interesting to have a fairly normal person in an extraordinary world. Maybe I was wrong though and it's been too much of a distraction to the real plot.
