The siblings stared at one another, eyes wide, Jon in shock, Zoe in bemused delight.
"YES!" Zoe cheered, and looked down at herself expectantly.
Jon, however, was too preoccupied with his own experience to pay much attention to Zoe. The changes reached him like the swell of a wave in the ocean. First rising around him, then lifting him, and finally crashing over his head. He could feel his body swell. The sensation was much like what he witnessed with Zoe, only more pronounced. His body was so small, it had more to grow before it filled out to match the terms of the bet. It felt as though he were very suddenly draped in a heavy sweater, but only at first. The saturation continued, only to be suddenly stopped by an unyielding constriction around his waist. He felt himself pouring out of that constriction, like the top of a muffin. Up and forward went his burgeoning chest. Up and in went his shoulders. His spine felt stiff, and he huffed as breath was pressed from his lungs. Vaugly he had the sensation of riding a wave up, as his height increased, and the large chunky heels rose under his feet, but they became that much more noticable as he stumbled backwards, and only barely caught himself.
"Whoa..." Zoe muttered. "I'm so light. Goddess, I can breath again."
"Dammit." Jon panted in response. "I said no bets swap."
Karyn glanced between them, the concluded. "Looks like you swapped more than just bets."
And it was true, as they each examined one another, they found themeslves to be seamlessly transposed on each others former lives. They wore one anothers clothes, they had one anothers hair styles, only their faces resemble their original features.
Zoe tittered. "You had it so easy Sis. How quickly you threw it away. "
"Whatever Sailor Venus." Jon snapped.
The smile dropped from Zoe's face as she flushed with anger, even if she didn't fully understand why. She stamped her foot, and cried, "Do Not call me that."
"Oh my god, you really did swap in every way." Karyn chortled.
"I haven't forgotten this is your fault!" Jon raged as he confronted Karyn. He found himself filled with a certain seething bitterness, and was more than willing to pour it out on his friend who'd wronged him.
"Oh don't be such a sour puss" Have fun with it "ZOE" Karyn emphasized Jon's new name. "Come on Mina' we've got lunch this period."
Jon grumbled as he watched them turn to go, but Karyn tossed him a mischevious smile and called back. "Catch you after school."
He balled up his fists, and huffed, then turned back to the gym for the second time that day. "Fuck." he muttered.
