"I'm so sorry about this." Miss Fine said to Mrs. Black as she opened the door. "I'm Miss Fine. The school counselor." She said extending her hand towards Mrs. black who shook it. "Oh, this is my daughter Alex." Miss Fine said gesturing to him. "May we come in?"
Mrs. Black looked at Alex confused. Clearly he was a teenaged boy dressed as a little girl but she decided not to say anything. Miss Fine had promised to help her with Sarah and she didn't want to upset the woman.
"Of course." She said and showed them to the living room where Sarah was waiting for them.
Miss Fine sat on the sofa and Alex snuggled up to her and she put an arm around him.
"So Sarah." Miss Fine started. "What seems to be the problem?"
