"He is going back to elementary school...Alex needs a fresh start as the person he wants to be. But you can stop by whenever you want." She pulled up in front of Karyn's house and turned off the ignition. "Why don't I walk you in? I'm curious to see where you live," she said.
Karyn hesitated. She wouldn't normal allow a stranger into her house especially someone that she didn't trust. However there was something inside her that told her that Miss Fine wasn't as bad as she first thought.
"Sure." Karyn said nodding. They got out of the car and headed towards the house. Before Karyn opened the door Miss Fine stopped her.
"Karyn before we go in I want to say something." She said. "I feel like we got off on the wrong foot earlier." She rummaged in her back. "Here, consider this a peace offering." She said pulling out a pink mp3 player.
Karyn grimaced at the colour. "Thanks." She said taking it. "Does it have to be pink though?" She asked looking at Miss Fine.
Miss Fine nodded. "I'm afraid so dear." She replied. "It was the only colour they had available."
"Yeah right." Karyn thought. "What's the catch?" Karyn asked.
"No catch." Miss Fine replied shaking her head. "Just promise me that'll you'll come to one of my sessions in the morning."
