"Well Jon's acting like a mom and Zoe's acting like she's a cheerleader."
"So?" Linda replied not seeing anything wrong with that. "Zoe is a cheerleader. What do you expect her to act like?"
"She wasn't one yesterday."
"Karyn, you're not really making any sense," she said. "Is this because you broke up with your boyfriend?"
Karyn nearly choked. "I don't have a boyfriend!!"
"That's not what everyone at school is saying..." Linda said.
