Zoe checked her reflection in the trophy cabinet for the umpteenth time. She was about to meet the cheerleaders and she was nervous. Her appearance had to be spot on.
Zoe had been sitting at lunch when she got a note telling her to meet Miss Fine at the gym hall after lunch. Zoe had wondered what it was about and when she got there she eagerly asked Miss Fine.
She only told her to wait outside until she called and that it had something to do with the cheerleaders.
Zoe was just running her fingers through her hair when she heard Miss Fine call out.
"Zoe dear! Can you come in please?"
Zoe took one last look at her reflection and then took a deep breath and opened the door to the gym.
