Karyn looked slightly disappointed. "Oh OK. Have you seen Jon by the way?" She asked. "I need to speak with him."
Fortunately, or unfortunately, Athena's encounter with Sarah had meant she hadn't paid attention to other things. "No...I haven't. I've been watching Zoe...she's trying to out-bimbo the...what are you wearing?"
"Sarah stole my clothes," Karyn said.
"She what?" Athena said, in disbelief. "She said you were acting strange. But you and Zoe are both dressed like one of those popular girls today..."
"I'm going to change, but I can't go home in the middle of the day to do it."
Athena was starting to think Miss Fine was turning people into 'barbie dolls' of some kind. Karyn wasn't sure what to think, except Sarah has something to do with it.
Karyn spotted Zoe across the hall, avoiding Athena. She ran over, cursing Sarah's sandals. "Zoe, I need to talk to Jon."
Zoe paused. "Hey, Karyn...he took the day off to take care of Mikey. Mikey is sick. Is something wrong?"
"Umm...no. Maybe I can stop by after school. I need to talk to him."
"Sure..." Zoe said, looking a bit puzzled. "If you want."
