Zoe stormed off to find the nearest girl's toilets when she saw Jon.
Jon saw that Zoe was upset and immediately rushed over to her.
"Zoe are you alright? Why are you crying?"
Zoe sniffed. "It's Athena. There were some flyers for the cheerleader tryouts and I showed her thinking that she would be happy but she was just the opposite."
She burst out crying. Jon didn't know what to do. He had never seen Zoe this upset before and he wanted to comfort her. He put his arm around her shoulder.
"There there," he said soothingly. "Perhaps Rebecca can help. Shall we go and see her?" Zoe nodded still sniffing.
Jon led her to Miss Fine's office and knocked on the door and then poked his head in.
"Excuse me Rebecca. Do you have a minute? We have an emergency."
