"I gotta take this thing off!" He was losing an ounce a second, but he still felt uncomfortable in his new clothes.
"No!" Linda was starting to sound like a teenager. "Gross!"
Leonard's form was losing bulk like an air mattress with a small hole in it. "It feels like it's cutting off the air in my chest," he insisted. "And what are you doing wearing a cheerleading uniform? You're look...like old enough to be my mother..."
The phone rang and Nadine picked up. "Nadine...it's Sarah," a female voice said. "I'm worried about Jon. I think someone slipped her something last night and she's acting really weird. I left her in bed, and when I went by...she wasn't there. I think she might be in trouble..."
Melissa's sinuses were filling with fluid, giving her voice a rather nasal quality. "I keep thinking there's something we're forgetting," she said.
Jennifer adjusted her thick glasses on her nose. "What exactly?" She asked.
"I'm not sure, but..." she suddenly paused, hearing a scream not far away. They both turned to see what the noise was.
Karyn finished setting the table, and picked up the phone to call Zoe to tell her it was time to come home.
