After thinking it over for a bit, Chloe realised that she knew who would be a perfect target to use the Katana on - herself.
Chloe was a goth, and she prided herself on being different, be it her dyed black hair with a streak of green, her makeup and her henna tattoos. Now she had a device that could make her different in a way that even other goths couldn't copy, unless she gave them the same change.
