Generally I've tried to make our space girl relatively 'normal' in terms of strength. Her power to fly does not exert force on its own other then on her own body. So while she can carry people she has to be physically strong enough to. Small changes and children she could do... But Julian might be too heavy.
I don't want her to be super-girl or the flash basically ;)
