Grace rang the doorbell and waited for it to open.
"I didn't realize you would get her so quickly," the woman with her hair in a bun said.
"I was in the neighborhood, ma'am,' Grace said, politely, clearing her throat. It sounded like she had a frog in it. "What seems to be the trouble?"
"Well, Jon here came home and found a group of strangers in our home. I'm just happy the kids aren't home," Sarah said.
Grace looked at the other woman, who looked rather distressed by events.
"And your relation to the witness?"
"I'm her older sister. She lives with us," Sarah said.
"Us?"
"Not that it is relevant, but I also have children. They are at school...where I'd be if not for this situation."
"School?"
"I work there. Why is this important? Shouldn't you be asking about the intruders, rather than asking questions about me?"
Grace rolled her eyes. Maybe she'd be better off talking to the sister.
