Well I don't want things to get over dramatic. This is really just an attempt to explore a few concepts.
Anneza has easy access but not convenient access. She uses Lagrange points for light speed- otherwise a trip to the moon would take days. (Assuming normal rocket speed). So earth and moon must be in precise alignment. She can find Lagrange points easily in space but she first has to achieve orbit- that takes an hour or so at least, assuming she doesn't have to cross the hemisphere.
Second she needs that dress or would have to travel near naked (which could be interesting in of itself) cotton probably wouldn't survive re-entry.
The dress if worn by another is something we haven't looked into... But I think Julian would try to sell the rare material if it has no other purpose- then others would be looking at it...if no ideas can be found with Julian.
Basically I'm hoping for a bit more then Julian stole, gets found out, goes to jail.
