"Vicky, calm down," Patricia said, wondering if her friend had suddenly lost it. She grabbed Vicky's hand, trying to calm her down, but when she did, she felt a strange sensation splash across her. She looked down and was suddenly shocked to see that her clothes were different. Instead of her blouse and skirt suit, she was wearing a flower-print dress, one that looked like it would be for a little girl, but it was sized to fit her adult body.
"Vicky, my clothes. They're different," she said, staring at her new outfit.
"Patricia, it's not appropriate to use my first name," Vicky said.
"What? Why not?" What was going on?
"Because I'm your mother," the little girl said, looking up at the adult.
Patricia blinked. What did she just say?
