Karyn really didn't know where she was going, but she was going nonetheless. And her journey brought her to an office building in the downtown area of Lake Point. She knew she had never been there before, yet the place looked familiar.
She walked inside and headed towards the front desk of the lobby area.
The security guard behind the desk looked up from what he was doing and when he spotted Karyn, he smiled. The expression of recognition on his face was unmistakable. Apparently, he knew who she was, even though she didn't know who he was.
