Linda gulped in fear as she realized that she now had to look up to
see Mikey's face as he stood there. She realized that what was making her so uncomfortable was the mature aura about him. He looked confident and acted as if he was in charge.
Mikey noticed that Linda was just standing there staring at him. "Is
there something wrong?" he asked.
She turned tail and ran back inside the house. Her heart was racing...she felt overwhelming, scared, and overwhelmed.
Mikey frowned, concerned. He wasn't sure if this just a case of Linda misbehaving, or if something was truly wrong with her.
