"Breakfast is very important, sweetie," Mikey said.
"Don't call me sweetie," Linda blurted out.
"I've had just about enough of this behavior," Mikey said, putting down the cup of coffee. "You are going to sit down and eat your breakfast right now," he said, sternly.
"I'm not hungry," Linda repeated, a bit more insistently. She wasn't going to play this game anymore. She'd make Mikey snap out of it.
Mikey stood up and looked Linda right in the eye...they were both just under five feet tall now...the same height. It was a stern look that meant business. "Don't make me ask you a third time."
