As he rounded the corner and headed down another street, certain changes to his body went unnoticed. Like his legs and arms growing more toned. Jon wasn't exactly in bad shape for someone his age, but physical fitness wasn't his thing.

That was shifting, as his endurance began to increase, and his form became more and more practiced...as if he did this regularly.

He pressed the play button on his music player, tucked into a sports armband, that he hadn't noticed before. It wasn't music, however, it was some sort of audio book.

He continued jogging for about thirty minutes before, not really paying attention to where he was going, before suddenly, he pressed pause again and stopped. He was done. He looked up. Better shower and get changed, he thought, entering the building in front of him. Am I forgetting something?
