Biff's mother (who was actually Jon's father) walked to the driver's side door.
"Doesn't the father usually drive?" Jon asked.
"I am the father," his dad said.
"Not now you're not. He is," Jon said, pointing at Biff's father (who was actually Zoe). "Aren't we supposed to act like who we're inhabiting?"
"He's right, Steve," the little boy said.
"Fine," Jon's dad conceded. "Zoe, get over here. You're doing the driving."
Zoe slowly walked towards the driver's side door. "But I don't know how to. I don't have my license yet."
"Gary Meadows does. Now get in. I know where their house is. I'll direct you."
Zoe opened the door and got in. Then she searched her pockets and found a car key. She put it in the ignition and turned, and the car purred to life.
They all got in and Zoe tried her best to drive to the Meadows' house, which would be their house for the next seven days. She had never driven before, but she had watched other people do it. Of course, it was harder than it looked.
"Stop sign!" yelled the woman who was actually her father, but for the next seven days would be her wife, as strange as that sounded.
Zoe slammed on the brakes, causing everyone to lurch forward. Fortunately, they were all wearing seat belts. "Sorry."
"We're almost there. Just keep going."
