"Now that all of you have swapped places," the man on the TV said. "There are some rules that you must follow, to allow the experiment to run as smoothly as possible. First, the main objective of the experiment is to see how well each of you does living as much like the person you inhabit. To this end, there will be a small incentive for those who best act like whomever they now possess. Second, you will all be monitored and will not be able to leave the confines of the experiment. If you are caught interacting with people from your previous lives, in a way that your 'host' would not, you will be removed from the experiment and be confined for the remainder of the week."
From all of this, Jon figured that they would all be released from the cabins, but would be forced to live their lives as whomever they now possessed. He couldn't even imagine trying to act like Biff Meadows. But he apparently had no choice.
"Please try your best to act like who you are now. Only then can we extract the most useful data from your experiences."
Suddenly, the doors unlocked and then opened.
The man on the screen smiled and said "Thank you. And good luck." Then the TV shut off by itself.
One week as Biff Meadows, Jon thought. Man, this is gonna be a weird ride.
