She put Harry on her bedside table, carefully standing him upright, and popping his new clothes down in a pile in front of him.

Parvati gently tapped the miniature Harry on the head. His whole body spasmed, as his muscles twitched. Harry drew his wand, but it was a mere splinter against his captor.
Expelliarmus.
He shrieked in his tiny piping voice. The blast shot from his wand towards Parvati, but with his new size it looked more like a random spark. In her hand the wand twitched an inch or two.
Looking down at the defiant figure, her smile widened.
"If we've got that out of the way, you can get dressed. Or if you've changed your mind, I think I could enjoy a cute little spider as my familiar."
Harry knew he was defeated, and with a sigh started to undress. As much to regain some dignity, Harry turned his back on his tormentor, as he finished stripping down. With two fingers, Parvati pushed the new outfit around in front of him.
Picking up the panties, he stretched them experimentally.
"They're magical, so everything, will fit." she assured him.
It didn't settle Harry's calm, as he had spotted a bra as part of his new set of clothes. However, after having to put up with Dudley's hand-me-downs, at least these would fit.
Slipping the panties up his legs, he found they teased his skin to a higher awareness, as their silky softness was undeniable. Unsure what to wear next, he picked up the bra. Slipping it over his shoulders, he watched as the cups flattened against his chest. The catch magically secured itself behind his back, making his stomach squirm at the little surprise.
As much to cover up the soft, frilly underwear, he quickly pulled on the rest of the clothes. The blouse, the jumper, the skirt.
