Well, I'll see what I can come up with - we've got a fair bit of stuff left to go before the night-side day would start, yet...
I do kinda agree with chompy about the whole solving-things-with-a-lecture thing...it feels a little forced. Not that it isn't essentially the right message, but it's more interesting to have characters coming to their own realizations. With Andy and especially Anneza, for example, I tried to show them gradually coming to the realization of how they'd been wrong not just at the surface level of what they did, but down into what attitudes led them to be that way in the first place. (This is one part of the huge influence C.S. Lewis has had on my writing, he was a master at this kind of thing.) Their changes weren't karmic "punishments" (well, maybe a little with Anneza losing her ability to communicate,) but they did help kick-start that process.
A TG change could play into that, with Ricky discovering for (her)self how it feels to be objectified, but I wouldn't want to get too on-the-nose, that's a pretty hoary cliche...we'll see how it goes, I guess.
