This curse works similar to a werewolf curse but instead of transforming into a wolf, the affected person will transform into a Big Beautiful Woman (BBW).
On a night with a full moon the person will rapidly gain weight. If a man is infected he will simultaneously transform into a woman.
The range of the weight gain can be anywhere between a couple dozen pounds, leading to a chubby figure, or several hundred pounds, resulting in a truly obese physique.
A cursed person will always transform into the same form on every night of a full moon.
The curse can be transmitted by sexual intercourse or sexual fluids and the mind of the person will change to support that. In addition to an extreme sexual craving the person will adore its own body and develop an increased self confidence.
It is not known if there are any long term effects of the curse, but that cannot be ruled out.
