What are you doing?
I'm just seeing if you've like who you've become, or....if you'd like a little more out of it.
Karyn got out of the way of the mirror so that Jen could see herself, together they looked like Barbie and Skipper.
"We look like Barbie and Skipper" Jen said.
"Who's Skipper?" Karyn replied.
For some reason Jen knew that if she search her attic she would find a Barbie doll with her younger sister, the brunette, smaller Skipper, maybe even with the dream house, but she pushed that aside.
"Apparently I used to play with Barbies...that's not the point!"
Karyn laughed.
"At least I didn't become one." Jen defended.
"Not yet!" Karyn reaffrimed her tease by holding the stone up above her head.
"Don't!" Jen pleaded. She reached for the stone. "No wishes!"
"I wish....."
At that moment it stopped being fun.
"Stop!" Jen yelled.
But it was too late, something had to follow those words.
".....that Jen...."
"You'll just make it worse!"
"......was my totally amazing BFF!"
Karyn didn't expect anything to happen. It was just supposed to be a teasing wish that didn't mean or change anything....but that's not what happened. It was a wish, it had to change something....and the thing that had to change was Jen.
The customary flash of light happened, and suddenly Jenny's hair was tinted red, her breasts grew a size, her height increased a few inches, she felt herself grow into something more than she was before, it was like experiancing evolution.
They stared at each other in the mirror.
Jenny was the first to talk..."wow". That was totally strange" she found herself talking faster, and in a different tone. "I do look pretty great though!"
Karyn was bracing....'So you're not mad?'
"I could never be mad at you....I mean I could but....naw!" She smiled and they hugged. "Now let's try out some more cloths!"
That's when the real changes came through, before Karyn was the leader, now Jenny took the lead, she suddenly seemed to know what went with what, what ensembles she was proud of, what would show off herself....and then the bombshell came, something that wasn't their before. A black and gold cheerleader outfit, with Jenny inbrided on the breast. Jenny was on the team.
