Nadine was wandering the mall, deep in thought. Sarah had asked them all here seeking forgiveness, something which Nadine was raised to believe was to be forgiven if someone sought it. However, she had also played a part in the black magic which was cast upon them all. That was a sin of the highest caliber.

"What should I do?" Nadine asked herself. She passed a few people from school, all of whom greeted her. This was new to Nadine, as she had been all but invisible before yesterday. Again, as reluctant as she was to admit it, the attention was kind of nice.

Nadine's hand absently went up to her cross that she wore around her neck. She knew that the right thing to do would be to forgive Sarah, and that it was not her place to judge her for partaking in the dark arts. Only the lord could do that.

Nadine turned around and headed back to the food court, hoping to catch up with Sarah.

"Trinity!" Delia called after the goth girl. "Trinity, wait up."

"Forget it, mopes." Trinity said, continuing to walk away. "I'm not dealing with the cheer princess any more. It's her fault we're in this mess."

"Come on, just...just listen to what she has to say." Delia pleaded.

"Why should I do that?" Trinity asked.

"She...she seems really sorry..." Delia said.

"That's weak. Of course she seems upset. Her little plan didn't work the way she wanted it to." Trinity said.

"She's not the one who changed us. You heard her, she didn't pick us." Delia said.

"But, she was going to do this to someone. We just got unlucky. And, as you must have heard, Sarah was completely okay with it because she would get her team."

"Well..." Delia paused. "Listen. It's been done, and...if Sarah's sorry, we should at least hear her out fully."

"Give me one good reason why." Trinity said.

"Sarah's the closest to Ms. Holloway. At least, as far as this whole situation is concerned. If there's any chance of ever getting back to normal...or at least getting answers about our new life, it would be through Sarah." Delia said.

Trinity thought for a moment. "I could just go to Holloway myself." she said. "I don't need the princess for that."

"But you heard Ms. Holloway. She can change your mind." Delia said. "She might do that if you just go running up to her demanding answers. Sarah, though, might be able to help get them."

Trinity's eyes narrowed as she tared at Delia. "I guess that's true...but why do you care so much about me hearing out McMillan?"

"Because, like I said, she seems really sorry." Delia said. "Now, come on."

"I've never seen Sarah like that..." Randi said. "She actually seemed sorry."

"True. And that was an emotion I thought Sarah was incapable of." Jade said. "At least, based on my dealings with her and her previous posse."

"Do you...think we made a mistake?" Randi asked. "Leaving like that?"

"Honestly, I'm not sure." Jade responded. "I cane here seeking answers, and it seems Sarah doesn't have them. But, I did...feel kind of bad leaving her like that."

"Yeah..." Randi said. "You think it's the magic, or...?"

"Just us feeling bad about kicking someone when they're already down?" Jade asked, sighing. "I...think we should head back and listen to her."

"Yeah, I was just gonna say that." Randi said. "I just hope we don't regret it."

With that, the pair turned around and headed back to the food court.
