My meteoric rise got a lot of negative attention. Several older workers that were near the stores of honey and wax were also jealous of me. They were not allowed to go outside. They also handled all of the janitorial work so that the hive would function. It was not a really valued class. I must have pissed them off somehow. They got a big group of ten and surrounded me during one of my days off. "Time to put you in your place!" one of them said. The group then mobbed me and I had to defend myself. It was pretty easy. They were no match for me and I beat them all. I called Ruhil and Berils to my side and had them take the oils from two of the workers each. That allowed a nice increase to the amount of the eggs they could produce. The eggs they did have were placed in another two workers. I told Ruhil and Berils to kill the other eight to get them to level up. They both got to level 3. We then left the area. No one seemed to care and there was no consequence for what we did. It was an act of self defense after all. It did make us even more hated by the workers and the lower tier gatherers. I did not care.

Going out was my favorite part of the week by far. We got to eat and explore. We even sometimes got to fight enemies from other hives and other species if they got in a conflict with us. They needed to get out of our way. With all the sporadic fighting Ruhil and Berils were doing, they got to level four. They were starting to get slightly more masculine leaning in presentation as the pair took oil and deposited their eggs in their enemies. I wanted to help them lean more masculine. The more dominant and aggressive they were, the more helpful they will actually be in a fight. The hive was declared war on by the nearby Uceth Thaisors. Thaisors, a race of avian morphs had three subraces. They were Usloih, Uceth and Ulgoks. The Usloih were more humanoid with talons and human arms with blue hair and blue and white wings. The Uceth were also humanoids with red hair and dark black and red wings. The Ulgoks were more avian with beaks and cloacas instead of the external genitals of the other two. It was very cool with their more powerful light brown and dark green wings. War was a way to advance.

Using war to advance was easy. Since we were the ones who were the navigators we would be the ones to scout and direct the fighters. Since I was one of the strongest of the gatherers, I could help them by finding where their nests and bases were. Ruhil and Berils were with me as well. It was a perk of being so powerful. The Uceth was a communal society in a forested area. There were lots of treehouses that we could go to. I then made sure that a group of fighters could even get close without getting spotted. When we tried a squad of them flew out from behind and attacked us. We fought our way out and killed them until we could retreat. The attack did confirm there was an outpost they were watching us from. We just had to figure out where it was. The next time we flew out of the hive, we went with the idea of taking prisoners. It did not take too long before we got ambushed again. Because we were purposely holding back, some of the fighters died in the battle. We were eventually able to take two male warriors prisoners after the battle was done. I was able to clean up the rest of the enemies on my own.

There was a furor as the warriors began to interrogate them. When the warriors refused to break from their torture techniques, the higher ups decided to dispose of them both. The warriors were beaten and forced on the ground with their asses in the air. The Phesur fighters lined up and deposited their eggs into them and it distended the bellies of the warriors. They would not be able to take much more before something had to give. One of them broke from the pain and fear. He said "S-stop it! I-I'll talk! I'll tell you where the fort is. I can't take any more eggs!" He had already taken six inside him. I watched as the fighters all backed up and one of the Princes asked them where it was. The Uceth told us the positioning of the fort and they were taken to a prison cell. We were able to confirm the location of the fort and plan an assault on them. The information was correct. Our two prisoners would be left to rot in the cells. There was no longer any use for them aside from bearing the offspring that were in them already. I felt sorry for them. It was not enough to try and argue on their behalf or free them though.
