Nothing much happened for Karyn or Jon for the rest of their classes.
At the end of the class, Biff made a beeline for the door, leaving a bewildered Sarah behind.
Jon headed into the hallway, stopping by his locker on his way to his next class, and spotted Melissa Smith at her locker. She looked...better and different at the same time. Better in the sense she wasn't cringing in pain as she'd been when she'd left class. Different in another sense. Her hair was in a simple ponytail and she was wearing glasses.
"What are you staring at?" She asked, spotting him. It wasn't an accusation, like he'd expect from a cheerleader, with some attitude. It was just a simple confused question.
"You didn't look so good when you left class."
"Oh...it was some kind of migraine. It went away after the nurse gave me a cold cloth and let me close my eyes for a little while." She said, softly.
"What about the glasses?"
"What about them?" She asked, confused. "I need them to see."
"Umm...sure," he said. "I...well, I'd better get to class."
He walked away, confused. As he headed toward class, he noticed someone rubbing their temples.
