"Maybe she belongs to you," Karyn said.
"Why do you say that?" Jon asked.
"Ever since I got her in here, I've been trying to shut her up. She seems to listen to you."
Jon looked closer at the Sarahbot. She (or was she an "it" now?) was completely motionless. If no one knew better, they might think she was a mannequin, of sorts. "Don't move and don't leave this room," he told the Sarahbot. Then he turned to Karyn. "Come on. We can test this disc out in one of the computer labs."
Jon slowly opened the door, then both he and Karyn left when they thought no one would spot them. They didn't want someone snooping around the closet and discovering the Sarahbot.
