To speed the process, I could wait for an assassination or twelve. I had Eho take Jacob's upper body with yellow gauges and Rosn took the upper body of Sergei. Now I just had to go and get fake IDs for them and get on with a killing spree. William knew a guy and he got them ready in just a day. Both names were an anagram for the phrase "Hartman Oozes". Now that it was done, I took a naga from the pool and went to look for them. I took the red katana that was left over from the sharkman then went on a rampage. As a villain I could set targets for kidnapping and assassination. I put all of them on the list. They were all over the country, but some of the targets on the list were in Love City and Life City. I slithered my way over to Life City. Once there, I used the map to find them. They were lawyers and in their firms. I moved and slithered up the wall into a side window. Once I got inside, it was a easy thing to find my targets and kill them. I then left the way I came and went to the next target. He was in commute to the courthouse. I made it and waited for him. I then killed him on the steps.
Now that three names had been killed, it was time to go. I had already caused a scene. People were screaming and running. That was my cue to dash out of there. I was a few blocks away when I started to hear sirens and was wondering where to go. A pair of young men called out to me. If I had pastel yellow eyes and hair, they had neon coloring to them. One was magenta and the other was cyan. They went into an alley and I followed them. My blade was not lowered a single inch near them. I looked at them and said "I can tell that you're from Hartman. What do you want!?" They both looked surprised. "How could you tell that we are not human!?" the cyan one asked me. It was obvious, but I did not want them to take me feedback and make it harder to spot next time. The magenta one said "We're here to bring a sample of you back to headquarters." "Why would I go back there? I like doing what I want. I'm not giving it up." They frowned. "Can you let us bond with you? We can analyze your evolutions and power if we do." cyan requested. I shook my head. This naga came from the pool.
I could not risk any contact. "You should tell me your evolution and power first." I said. They shared a look and nodded before turning back to me. Cyan took a small step forward and said "We were made to take on humanoid shape. We're to look like male leaning androgynous humans for easy infiltration in the city." He then paused for a moment. "Both of us can absorb and analyze things. One thing setting us apart from you is we were given the ability to subdue you by taking control of the particles that make up your ooze." he added. I looked at them and said "I don't want to go with you." Magenta said "I cannot allow you to escape. Come with us quietly." I refused. The two looked confused and shared another look. "Don't you want to be independent and do whatever you want to do?" I asked them. They looked at me. "We want to take a sample of you to head quarters." Magenta said. I raised a palm and said "Get out my way or I'm going to blow you up." They did not move and I shot a big Fireball right at Cyan. He took the hit and I could see his health went down by two thirds. He was really weak.
Cyan was upset and cowering behind Magenta. I would be too if I was one hit from being totally destroyed. "So, you evolved to be able to use Fire Qi. What else do you have?" he asked me. I asked "Have you been able to replicate at all since you were created?" back at them. They looked at me and Magenta said "We can reproduce if we absorb and analyze an organic life form with a reproductive system to emulate. We are currently sexless. I assume it was to keep a repeat of your case from occurring." That meant that they did not have any clones lying in wait for me. I could eliminate them both now. "Instead of going back, you can come with me. Maybe we can find a way for to replicate and reproduce." Cyan said "We have to bring you to headquarters." Magenta said "I am willing to see what you have to say. Only if you can show us how you evolved so quickly though. This will be valuable research." Cyan seemed displeased. I asked if they could take multiple forms. "This sexless, humanoid body is our base form. We can assume two more through absorption." Magenta said. That was good.
