Using his let down guard, I bit him in the arm. It was pretty thick, bit I was still able to scrape his arm. The venom I made was in the bite. It seemed that it was enough to effect him. He went down in a stiff collapse, taking me to the floor with him. I pried myself loose and looked down at him. "Bet you were not expecting that." I mocked. I looked over to the other conflict. Starry Knight and Froggy were knocked out already. I sighed as I had expected this to happen. I charged at Black Cape from behind and tried to tackle him. He ducked and I ended up crashing directly into Leopard. He was the only one still up besides me. We fell in a heap and Black Cape said "So I see that you want to take this two on one? I'll take you both on!" He then threw a device that tried to wrap us up in rope. I liquified to get out of its way and Leopard dodged a pretty nasty shock with a graceful backbend. I ran up to him and gave him a Water Ball. He took one to the chest and slid back along the floor from the force. "You better not think you can win just because you somehow have Water Qi." It was Leopard that stopped him.
Clearing his throat made us turn to him. We saw him with a throwing knife at White Cape's neck. "It's over for you. We're getting out of here now. Unless you want to bury another one of your group, that is." he said coldly. I knew that was the time to get the loot and my teammates out of there. I dragged Starry Knight and Froggy out of the exhibit and into the hall. I saw a bathroom and was able to take them inside. Time was of the essence and every second I could get was time necessary for our escape. I looked the door to the bathroom and drained William for 25 minutes. I covered them both in my ooze and formed the drider. I was able to leave the bathroom and return to the exhibit. I could see Black Cape applying pressure to a serious wound to White Cape's chest with one hand and holding Leopard down in a tight chokehold with the other arm. I picked up the three loot sacks full of crystals and put them in the ooze as well. "What are you waiting for!? Help me!" Leopard choked out at me. I just looked at him in disbelief. "No you turned us down. You don't get to just be rescued by me now." I said.
Black Cape was glaring at me. So was Leopard. It was taking all his strength and attention to take care of what he was doing. If I interfered in any way, he would lose at least one of them. He knew that. Leopard knew it as well. I just looked at them until he glared and said "What price?" I pointed to one of his two loot bags. "Take it." he ground out. I shot webbing at me and put it in my ooze. I walked up to Black Cape and charged up a big Water Ball. "It is over. What's it going to be: White Cape's safety, or securing my hot piece of ass?" He glared at me and I aimed my shot at White Cape. He let Leopard go to shield him. Leopard jumped up and ran for his loot sack. It was what I knew would happen. The femboy villain then came up to me and slapped my ass. "If anyone is getting fucked, its you" he said as he then made his way to the rope he came down with. "It went from you saying I'm not your type to you wanting to fuck me. I think its progress." I shrugged and then looked at the pair of heroes. I asked Black Cape what he thought about it. "We are going to get you both!" Black Cape said.
Skittering to the wall, I started to climb up. Leopard had already secured himself and was going up as well. We met on the roof of the museum and exchanged smiles. He was going to say something when we then heard all the sirens of the police. "How are you getting out of here?" I asked. He rolled his eyes and said "I don't know. I don't usually have half the city's cops after me!" It did look like they were making a show of force. He asked me how I was getting out. I just shrugged. "I'll probably run for it." I said. I began draining William again. I was confident that I could make it. Leopard just looked at me incredulously and began looking around for his own escape route. In just 3 minutes, I was able to turn into a centaur. Leopard was surprised and said "Alright. How the hell is that going to get you anywhere? You don't have a road to gallop down." "Wanna ride?" I asked. He looked shocked, but he must not have had a better idea. He climbed on and held my human torso. I took a running start and I went from different parts of the museum via the roof. I made my way down until I could jump the rest.
The fall damage was killer on my legs and took half of my health. I was still good to go. I then proceeded to gallop my way out of the city limits. When the coast was clear enough that he became confident again, Leopard got off of me and walked to my flank. He curiously pressed his hand against me. I watched him. "So every thing on the inside of this is ooze? Can I reach my hand inside of you?" he asked. "And pull out a sack of crystals? No. But most of it is empty space aside from a reproductive system." He sucked his teeth and said "So you really are going to make things difficult." I shrugged and said "I told you. You should have joined the group. I'm off the lair and to let my guys rest up a bit." I then galloped over to the lake. I was able to go undetected and reach the lair with little problems. I let the guys and the loot out. They were still knocked out, so I put them in their rooms to recover. I looked at the crystals and put mime up in the rooms with the clones. The others could sell theirs for cash and do what they wanted. They would slowly but surely level up. I just had to keep them alive.
