(Author's Note: I made an alternate, only because I thought he had gone to his bedroom and the stone was missing.)
"No, I don't know anything about a stupid rock. Now, will you please get out!" Roger yelled, acting like a teenage girl, pushing Jon out into the hall and slamming the door in his face.
Jon was stunned. People weren't just acting differently. They were actually transforming! If he didn't find that stone soon...
He still had this illogical feeling that the creepy new neighbor was involved for some reason...but that made no sense. Not that any of this did.
His dad and Sam were in what used to be Zoe's room, but now looked nothing like a Goth girl's bedroom (by the way, where was Zoe?).
The stone hadn't been where he had left it. And the room...he reopened the door and once again stared into a teenage boy's room. Just not this boy.
There was sports memorabilia and a few trophies on the shelf, where some of his collections had been. The pile of laundry was where he expected it.
Jon wondered if he'd turned into the sort of sports nut his Dad had always wanted him to be? Especially with Dad acting nothing like that right now.
