The twins came to the lair a few hours later and they were pissed off. They had the clone that was pregnant tied up and brought it with them. It looked a bit embarrassed about it. I was not going to bother to see why it was being treated that way. I looked at them from inside the lair and said "What did that clone do? I hope he didn't try to attack." Ash was angry. "How the hell am I supposed to be able to sleep at night when you're out here killing heroes!?" he snapped. "I didn't kill you." I reminded them. It lead to a pause. They looked at me with disbelief. I chuckled. "Even when I had all the chances in the world, I always let you go home and come back. I even was inside your stomachs and bladders. What do you think would have happened if they popped because of me?" I elaborated. That seemed to make them come around to my way of thinking. "If I believed you, so what!? So what if you let us go? You killed Red Cape! Black Cape and White Cape are going to keep searching for you until they bring you to justice." Alex said. I thought that it might be true, but I still had to look around and see for myself.
I made the naga come out of the lair and used that body. "What are you going to do with the clone you tied up? That one at least is your family. It's going to lay some nice eggs with Ash's children in them. Do you think you can just abandon your family?" Ash stepped forward in anger. "You were the one that said I had to marry it! Why should I consider that thing my family!?" he exclaimed. I gave them my most evil smile. "I told you that you did not have to. You could have let the clone die. Now, there is a record that you married the clone. All I have to do is go to the press with that and you're career as heroes are over. You think people will let you protect them while you are married to a murderer. I had been killing long before the chapel." The both paled as they looked at the clone that was smiling as well. "You have three choices. One is keep the clone and stay out of my way. Two is kill the clone and try to fight me. Three is give up being heroes and fight me out of spite. What will you pick?" They were stunned and wide eyed. "Can a hero kill their wife and unborn children!?" the pregnant clone asked.
Neither Ash nor Alex could answer the question. Eventually, they dragged the pregnant clone back home with them. They did not say another word to me about it. I just went back into the lair and stayed inside. I seemed to get some more points for dealing with them as well. I guess that meant that I did win the battle in the end. Using my phones, I spent money on large homes in each city. I used my contacts in the gang to wire me $5 million while I drove it down to them in a R8. The property cleaned my bank accounts out. It took a few days before I got the first $5 million. When that cleared, I sent the second half of the haul. It took another few days to clear that as well. I spread the money evenly between the five bank accounts. That meant each one had $2 million dollars in them. Now that Ash and Alex were demoralized, I had not seen them since they had left my lair. When I got to the point in the week where I supposed to lay the eggs, I was in the house in Life City. When the cramps started, I moved to the naga at the lair. It started having cramps as well. I guessed that I had to be the one to bear the pain.
After I laid the two eggs, I returned to the human in Life City. It also laid eggs. That seemed to be an exploit. I put those eggs in the fridge. I move to the naga and did the same. That reminded me that the pregnant sharkman should have laid its eggs as well. I went to check. I was hit with cramps as it was still happening. I looked around at the room and saw that I was on the bed with my tail up in the air. It really hurt. Ash was laying under me and holding me tightly. Alex was at the bedside and cleaning off the first egg. It was bigger than normal. While the regular eggs was the same as an extra large chicken egg, this was a jumbo sized egg. It had to be at least 75 grams. It surprised me as I pushed it out. When it was done, the body was totally spent from exhaustion. All of my weight crashed down on Ash. Ash rubbed my back and cooed at me. That made me feel better. When I finally was able to get up, I said "Thank you. I will bring over the eggs so that when the children hatch, they will have more ooze to grow." I then brought the eggs in my lair's fridge over and they thanked me. It would hatch in a few weeks.
