Jon was out of bed before he was even fully awake, making an instinctive bee-line for the bathroom. Before he even knew what he was doing, he had thrown the lid off of the toilet bowl and violently vomitted like never before. He barfed so much that he was afraid that he would choke to death, but at the last moment, mercifully, he stopped.
His muscles felt incredibly weak and his joints ached like hell. His bones felt like cheese and it felt like someone had taken an eggbeater to his internal organs and sloshed everything around. There was not a single part of his body from the crown of head to the soles of his feet which didn't feel out of place; even his back and shoulders felt like they were being compressed. And he was still exhausted; even more so, if anything, then he had been the night before.

With difficulty, Jon heaved himself using the bathroom counter and caught a glimpse in the mirror.
He barely recognized himself!
Not only was he pale and sickly (and look which Jon, to his surprise, actually liked), his face looked contorted; softer and with more prominent cheekbones (no wonder it was so sore!). And his body; it looked like it had actually gotten smaller!
But not all of it; his hips, thighs and butt had grown (slightly but noticeably) in proportion to everything else.
And then there were his nipples. They were nearly twice the size that they had been when he'd gone to bed, and large alveoli stuck out from their centres. As he brushed them with his fingers, waves of pleasure cascaded through his body. Quickly, Jon checked his groin; his penis was still there, but he noticed, he no longer had any feeling in it.
"What the hell..." he muttered.
The stone! He had to get back to the wishing stone; cure his disease.
He stumbled awkwardly back toward his bedroom, but his legs seemed out of proportion and his muscles could barely move.
He managed to make it through the door though, before passing out on his bed.
