Agreed

I have a love hate relationship with tv tropes.. It's disheartening to make characters the lowest common denominator, though it does make interesting analysis. It's too complicated as there is no single viewpoint and everything is interpretive.. I don't think an author should use or add to tv tropes of their own work anyway ;)
