The sense of being ripped out of existence overtook Karyn. Her environment melted away around her, leaving her in an ocean of infinite blackness. Slowly, color began to manifest itself, swirling around her in a technicolor twister. It made her quite dizzy, but her unease dissipated as the "new" world came into full view.

She was standing in front of a mirror, looking at herself. She looked quite a lot like herself, except than her skin was a bit more tanned than usual. She looked very sexy, in fact. This confused her. She clearly remembered Jon saying that the first personality she'd swap with would be Kyla Leeson. But this appeared to be more like Sarah McMillan. Was something going wrong? Or did Jon not tell her truth?

From Karyn's point-of-view, only a minute earlier, she had been intently watching Jon's digital clock, waiting for it to strike 6 PM. She didn't remember her time as the geek Karyn because Jon only wished her to have her memories from the reality where he made the wish. Her memories for the last 24 hours were created in another reality, so she didn't keep them when the swap happened again.
