After getting his books from his locker, Jon went to his first period class: Trigonometry.

Sarah walked in, smiling and waving to Jon. In the normal reality, Sarah didn't take this class with him. So, that was something that was different.

Then he watched Karyn walk into the classroom, talking to someone on her pink-colored cellphone. Apparently she couldn't even put it down even for one second. Which was different than the original Karyn, who rarely talked on the phone, unless it was with Jon.

Then he watched Kyla walk into the room. She made some annoyed glances at a few people, including Jon, then sat down at her desk. Her demeanor was so different the day before. Jon was still trying to get used to the "new" dark and gothic Kyla.

Mrs. Watson walked in and the class began.

About halfway through the class, Karyn began tossing paper wads at Kyla's head. Jon heard several students laughing and giggling. Sarah wasn't, though. Despite the fact that Kyla was weird, Sarah felt sorry for her, because Karyn frequently picked on her.

Kyla turned around and looked at Karyn. Her eyes were like daggers. But she didn't say anything. She just looked at her, then turned around and faced the front.

The teacher was oblivious to what was happening, as she just kept on teaching the class without even a pause.

Kyla turned her head to the right, looking at the clock up on the wall. Jon could have sworn that she was smiling. Was she up to something?

When the math class was over, Jon left and went to his next class.
