After they walked into the school, Jon spotted Karyn. She was walking down the hallway with two other girls (the original Sarah's friends Tiffany and Melissa). Behind her was the usual entourage of drooling guys. Karyn was dressed in a tight pink T-shirt and a denim miniskirt. On her feet were open-toe 4-inch stiletto heels. Jon could see pink polish on her toenails. She still had her natural red hair and C-cup breasts (which also he noticed the previous night at the mall), but she also had make-up (pink lipstick, eye shadow, etc.) and large earings dangling from her earlobes and she even had gold and silver bracelets on her wrists. Of course, he saw most of that stuff the previous day, but it was all on Kyla Leeson instead.
Karyn's mannerisms were so different, the way she walked and interacted with everyone. She was just so ... sexy. As he was doing his homework the previous night, the image of her from the mall kept popping up in his mind. Only in his wildest fantasies had he ever imagined her like this. Of course, that was only her appearance. He could do without her bitchy attitude.
"Well, look who we have here. Jon and his loser girlfriend Sarah."
"She's not my girlfriend," Jon said, then noticed Sarah acting a little hurt by that statement. Wait a minute, Jon thought. Is she my girlfriend, in this reality?
"Well, she's still a loser. I mean look at her," Karyn said.
Jon looked at Sarah, who was wearing her green sweater and worn out jeans and sneakers. Sarah had large breasts (D-cup, in fact), but the sweater wasn't tight, so they weren't as noticable as they could have been.
"She could never be as popular and sexy as me," Karyn said, putting her hands on her hips, striking a victory pose. (As if it really mattered.)
Actually she could, since Sarah McMillan was normally the one that was the cheerleader bitch.
"Jon, let's just get out of here," Sarah said, pulling him away.
Behind them, they heard Karyn and her friends laughing and teasing them.
"I think you're very sexy," Jon said suddenly.
Sarah turned and smiled. "Thanks, Jon."
"Um, about that girlfriend thing that Karyn was talking about ..."
"Oh. I just wanted you to say that I was your girlfriend. That's all. It would have sounded nice."
Okay, she's not my girlfriend. But there was always the chance that she could have been, since this reality is different, Jon thought, as they both walked to their lockers.
