Karyn picked up the stone. "I wish we'd each have a credit card with a 5,000,000 dollar limit."
"Ooh, great idea," Zoe replied, as the stone glowed. "Now, we can buy whatever we want," she said with a smile.
Two credit cards appeared on the table.
Meanwhile, Jon was still in Zoe's room, fuming over the fact that Zoe had the stone, and that he didn't.
"That fucking bitch," he said out loud. There was only one place she could be. The one place that Jon and Karyn usually went to (in his old life). The mall.
Jon found that he didn't like the mall now. In fact, the more he thought about it, the more he hated the mall and everyone who shopped there. But if that was where the stone was, then Jon could put up with all those fucking people.
Jon left the house and was about to get in his car (he had just gotten his driver's license the previous summer), when he noticed that it wasn't there. "What the fuck?"
No matter. He would just walk to the mall.
