Jon decided to hang back, even if it was for a little while. He had eaten a little too much and didn't feel like running around. He hung out in his room for a while, playing Battlefield on his PC. After about an hour, he decided to check on Zoe and his dad. They were both still downstairs.
Picking up the rock, Jon said "I wish that neither Zoe or my dad could see or hear me for the next 15 minutes."
The stone glowed briefly, confirming his wish.
Then Jon calmly walked downstairs. When he turned into the living room, he was taken aback slightly.
Zoe and his dad were on the couch watching an old romance flick on the TV. Zoe was lying back, leaning against him, while his dad had his arms around her. At one particularly steamy part, they looked at each other, smiling, and then his dad kissed her passionately.
It was a very, very strange sight to Jon. On the one hand, he kind of expected that something like this might be going on, but on the other hand, he thought it was pretty gross. He wondered if he should stay around or if he should take this as a cue to go spy on his mother already.
