I used 20 points to unlock a trait, Aphrodisiac Honey and Scopolamine Honey. Scopolamine was a dangerous chemical that causes drowsiness, a loss of inhibition and memory lapses. I felt warm pricks inside me as I could feel the changes. I then went to the biological trees. There was a diet tree that allowed for changing the diet they could intake and still survive on nutrients. Since I was a herbivore, I could chose Photosynthesis or Carnivore. It would take 10 points to take a branch. I chose Photosynthesis. Each further rung was 3 points. With that, I could supplement 40% of my energy from the sun. My scalp began to itch as well. All of the remaining points went to the Astrobiological trees. There was a biome tree and compatibility tree.
Biomes were the types of worlds I could thrive in. I could already thrive in tropical areas and forests. The plains were not a natural habitat, but there were flowers and the nearest Cosqux was within flying distance, although pretty far. I took 10 points and spent it on thriving in the desert biome. Compatibility meant cross breeding with other species. Since we were able to lay our eggs in others of the species we had a bonus in breeding with similar creatures, namely egglaying species. There were two other branches. One was non similar terrestrial creatures and the other was non terrestrial creatures. I wanted to meet other creatures from other planets so I went that route. I had it so my that my oil could fertilize other creatures at a 15% success rate and foreign genetic material could fertilize my eggs with a 25% success rate. That took 5 points. I went back to the Biology trees and put the rest into the progeny tree. That made it so my eggs would have all my traits at birth. My children were going to be totally broken when they grew up. I was now ready to be visited by the human explorers.
