Several more moments passed in silence. Karyn peeked from behind her fingers to find Jon, unchanged, looking back at her.
"Not scared, huh?"
"It didn't go off."
"It's not a bomb," Jon replied. "It probably needs some sort of command to activate it."
"Like a code phrase," Karyn nodded. "Maybe saying all the words in a row?"
"Maybe," Jon shrugged. "Hey, you could form a sentence from them, like Mad-Libs."
"Hey yeah! 'Today I saw a CURIOUS, BLACK, FEMALE HOG with BIG TITS.'"
"Why would you do-" Jon began, before a loud POP, a bright flash and a poof of smoke filled the room...
